Dehydration process: 
    
                1. Extract pushed into mould, extra layer of cling film ontop, weighted on inside with marble dust to reduce shape distortion 

                       2. Dehydrating for 96 hours

                            3. Marble dust weight removed 

                                4. Dehydrated for 10 hours 




Concave: 

        1/2 Lime coating x2 




Convex: 

        1/2 Lime coating x2







Italian Gold Leaf on lime edge and down lime spine.
